FORWARD: Currently, I am completing a course in Dental Assisting at ACT College of Allied Health. I am set to start an unpaid externship some time in August, and am hoping to be able to complete this externship at an office that would be willing to hire me on afterwards. While this means I have no previous experience working in an actual dental office, I feel that the following points may be of interest:
If given a chance to complete my externship at your office, you would be given a total of 160 hours to train me your way without having to pay for my services. I already have a basic knowledge of dentistry, thanks to my schooling, and am extremely eager to learn more about the field of dentistry. I do understand that I am a "newbie" of sorts in this field, but if given the chance I know I can learn much.
OBJECTIVE: Obtain a challenging full or part time position that compliments my education and skills in Dental Assisting and Management.
