senior management, and field sales representatives throughout the United States.
•Responsible for all aspects of operations within the laboratory to assure quality and service to exceed
customer’s highest expectations. Departments included: Fixed, Denture, Partials, Implants, Digital, Customer
Service, Sales and Marketing, HR, Accounting.
•Reported to and worked with The Board of Directors concerning financial statements and yearly budgets.
•Worked closely with national renowned dental school (OHSU).
•Collaborated with my Operations and management team to maintain the highest level of customer service.
•Maintained a positive work enviroment for all employees through an extremely difficult financial period while
providing our parent company with exceeding budgetary figures.
